Who says chemistry can’t be colorful?
A sodium salt phenol red dye and methanol solution that I ran through filter paper. The result (after most of the liquid poured through) is this beautiful piece of art.
I would saved it, but I had to put it into the proper waste container. Oh green chemistry. My lab partner proposed taking a picture, to keep it properly immortalized!
